<p>The invention relates to a cement-based product which is reinforced with glass fibers having good resistance to alkaline environments. The product of the invention contains, for each 100 parts by weight of cement, about 10 to 40 parts by weight of metakaolin, the latter exhibiting a reactivity to the modified Chapelle test greater than 500 mg of CaO per gram of metakaolin. The product of the invention has many uses in the building trade, particularly to produce facade coverings.</p> |
