PURPOSE:To prevent aggregation of primary particles and to produce ceramic powder to be readily sintered, by irradiating sol formed by wet method with ultrasonic wave and drying. CONSTITUTION:Precipitated sol formed by wet method such as co-precipitation method, hydrolysis method, thermal decomposition method, etc., is washed while being irradiated with ultrasonic wave to give a precipitate. The precipitate is continuously irradiated with ultrasonic wave to disperse the precipitated sol. Then the precipitated sol only in primary particles is dried, calcined, ground, press-molded and calcined. |
