PURPOSE:To relax a heat-treating condition of curing by treating a colored pattern with an aliphatic diamine solution, before curing a colored pattern composed of a polyimide. CONSTITUTION:The colored pattern is formed by using the colored polyimide resin solution contg. a coloring matter to the polyimide precursor solution. And subsequently, the obtd. colored pattern is treated with a solution of aliphatic diamine, and is cured by heat-treating. When the colored pattern is heat- treated with the aliphatic diamine solution, the carboxylic group contd. in the precursor of the polyimide is reacted with the amine, thereby forming the amide. Therefore, the heat-treating temp. for curing the colored pattern is reduced by, for example, a few ten degree, or the heat-treating time is shortened to about one half. |
