<p>PURPOSE:To easily secure such a discharge valve that is excellent in sealability, by forming a circular groove on an outer circumferential surface of the peripheral wall of a cam ring so as to cause a discharge hole part to become minimum wall thickness, and also forming a seal surface part, where a ring valve body is made contact, with a press or a grinder. CONSTITUTION:On an outer circumferential surface of the peripheral wall of a part, boring a discharge hole 10 in a cam ring 2a, there is provided with a circular groove 14 so as to cause the discharge hole 10 part to become minimum wall thickness. And, a discharge valve body 11 is attached to the cam ring 2a via a holder member 12' so as to situate this ring discharge valve body 11 in the circular groove 14. This groove 14 is formed in a way of metalcutting by a milling cutter and/or casting, but a central seal surface part of a groove bottom part 14a, where the discharge valve body contacts, is formed by means of seat press work and grinding. Thus, since machining of the groove 14 is just enough to do finishing of the seat surface part 17 alone, such a discharge valve that is excellent is sealability is easily manufacturable.</p> |
