PURPOSE:To achieve the demand for the device in reasonable ways by allowing a brushing roller to be transferred between the contact position with an article to be brushed and the position keeping a space from said position, by a motor. CONSTITUTION:A brushing roll 1 is transferred between the first position (brushing operation position) and the second position keeping a space in 50-80mm from the first position, by the operation of a variable electrode quantity motor as motor 3 or an air cylinder plunger 31. The displacement of the brushing roll between the first position and the third position keeping 1-3mm from the first position is carried out by a motor 3. The transfer of the roll 1 between the first and the second positions serves to bring the roll 1 to a prescribed position when the machine is put into stop or the machine starts operation from the stop state. Further, the displacement of the roll 1 between the first and the third positions serves to bring the roll 1 to a prescribed position when the traveling of a material (a) to be brushed is stopped or said traveling is restarted from the stop state. |
