PURPOSE:To save an excessive rotational operation of a turret, and to quickly return it to its original point, by setting an original point reset position of the upper turret and the lower turret, to a connecting position of a rotation driving means, and tool holders of a punch tool and a die tool, which can rotate freely. CONSTITUTION:When a worker pushes an original point reset button, turrets 3, 4 are rotated in one direction, and stopped at the time point when a proximity switch 105 has detected a dog 106. In this stop position, a holder 7 of a punch tool and a holder 8 of a die tool, which can rotate freely become right lower and right upper positions of an engaging pin, respectively, therefore, immediately after the proximity switch 105 has been turned on, the engaging pin is projected by a sequence relay. As a result, rotary members 14, 15 and each holder 7, 8 are connected, and subsequently, each rotary member 14, 15 is rotated in one direction until a proximity switch 108 is turned on by a dog 109, and an original point reset is executed.
