PURPOSE:To protect a motor against an overload and enable dust to be exactly removed for a long period, by moving a reduction gear upward or downward and by opening or closing a rake, by performing relative rotation between a shaft and a housing. CONSTITUTION:A rack 7 set along a screen 2 is fitted on a pinion 8 fixed on the output shaft 10 of a reduction gear 9 on the shaft movable upward or downward along guide rails 4, 5, 6. A rake 14 is pivotally fitted at the other end of a rake arm 11 concentric with the output shaft 10 and having one end which is pivotally supported, and a rod 13 for opening or closing the rake is set between a housing 12 and the rake 14. As a result, along with relative rotation between the shaft 10 and the housing 12, the reduction gear 9 is moved upward or downward by the rotation of the shaft 10 and the pinion 8, and the rake 14 can be opened or closed by the rotational movement of the housing 12 and the reciprocating motion of the rod 13.
