PURPOSE:To increase the heat radiation efficiency by forming ventilation ports on the upper and lower parts of an outer cover which turns with an electric motor and installing a cover having a plurality of vanes at the lower ventilation port. CONSTITUTION:Vanes 101 are installed onto an electric motor 102, and an outer cover 103 protects the electric motor 102 and has an upper ventilation port 104a and a lower ventilation port 104b. A cover 1 is installed at the lower ventilation port 104b of the outer cover 103, and has the vanes 2 for generating an air stream. When the electric motor 102 revolves, the cover 1 turns, and the vanes 2 turn, and the air stream is generated inside the outer cover 103. Therefore, the heat rediation of the electric motor 102 can be accelerated.
