PURPOSE:To efficiently execute the operation by sending a core supplied from a core supplying part to a core waiting position through a core shifting device, which moves linearly, turnably and vertically, and further shifting linearly the core to a core inserting position. CONSTITUTION:After positioning a core holding device 5 to the core supplying position 107, the core holding device 5 is hooked to the corresponding projection part of the core 1, and a base plate 57 is fixed by working of a clamping cylinder, etc. Next, the core 1 is hung down by working as extending a vertical moving cylinder 25, and the core holding device 5 is ascended to shifted to the waiting position 111. Successively, by extending a cylinder 37, the core holding device 5 is positioned above the core inserting position 105. Next, by shortening the vertical moving cylinder 25, the core holding device 5 is descended, to set the core 1 into a metallic mold 103. By this constituent apparatus, the operation is efficiently executed.
