PURPOSE:To discrimiante effectiveness/ineffectiveness of a reception area data by providing a block status designating a transmission memory in the unit of blocks and representing effective/ineffective data in each block in the said memory even when a user of a connected equipment does not know a transmission memory map. CONSTITUTION:The transmission memory 13 is divided into blocks at each block quantity and each transmission station 4 designates a transmission area in the unit of blocks while using each block is selected as the basic unit of the transmission area. Further, the information (block status) representing effective/ineffective block to a connected equipment 5 is provided to the transmission memory 13 of each transmission station 4. As to the normality/abnormity notice method between the transmission station and the connected equipment 5, two sets of diagnostic flags checking the normallty/abnormity of the transmission station 4 and the connected device 5 are provided to the memory 13, one of them is used as a diagnostic flag by which the connected equipment checks the transmission station, and the other is used for the diagnostic flag by which the transmission station checks the connected device.
