PURPOSE:To reliably store multiple information and display and print it when necessary by storing the information of texts, drawings, etc. in a video disk unit as static pictures, reading out and displaying the necessary information, and hard-copying the static picture on a CRT. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 11 reads out data from a keyboard 12 then executes a retrieval processing means 11a based on a program stored in a program memory. That is, the means 11a drives and controls a video disk drive 13 based on the program and retrieves the static picture of the applicable text, drawing, etc. among the static pictures stored in a group of video disks 14a, 14b.... Next, when the static picture has been retrieved, the static picture data are read out from the desired video disk 14a, a CRT control circuit is driven and controlled, the static picture is displayed on a CRT unit 15, a direction from the keyboard 12 is received as required to drive and control a copier drive circuit, and a hard-copied static picture is output from a copier 16. Accordingly, the labor for various works can be saved and texts, drawings, etc. can be reliably stored. |
