The invention relates to a heat exchanger comprising a bundle of tubes 10, at the ends of which two water boxes 12, 14 are mounted, one of which has an inlet 16 for a heat transfer fluid and the other of which has an outlet 18 for the heat transfer fluid. The tube bundle 10 is divided into three parts A1, B1, C1 by internal partitions 28, 30 of the water boxes, one of these internal partitions having a through- orifice 28. The locations of the internal partitions 26, 30 of the water boxes are determined so that the same flow rate of fluid passes through each tube of the bundle 10. The invention applies especially to radiators for internal combustion engine cooling circuits. <IMAGE>
