PURPOSE:To stabilize a magnetic space quantity between a rotor and pole elements and reduce the generation factors of magnetic noise, by forming shading coils on the peripheries of coil bearers, and by forming a stator asymmetrically to the center line of a motor. CONSTITUTION:shding coils 6 are formed by winding np conductors on the peripheries of coil bearers set at fitted-on sections 7b. A stator 3 is formed asymmetrically to a center line CT going through the center of a motor so that both end sections n the peripheral direction of the tips of the pole elements 4 of the stator 3 may be provided with the fitting-on sections 4b of the shading coils 6. The corner cutting coils 6 are fitted between the adjacent fitting-on sections 4b. Accordingly, the pole elements 4 are formed asymmetrically to the center line CT.
