发明名称 FRICTION MATERIAL FOR TORQUE VARIATION ABSORBING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the operating characteristic and the durability of a device by employing a friction material mainly composed of polyamino bismaleic imid resin in a torque variation absorbing device thereby stabilizing the variation of the frictional factor to low level. CONSTITUTION:45wt% of polyamine bismaleic imid resin, 45wt% of Teflon having the grain size of 1.0-1.5mum and 10wt% of glass fibers having the diameter of 10mum and the length of 3mm are mixed to compose a frictional material. Since the frictional material employs polyamine bismaleic imid resin having excellent heat resistance as the base resin and contains Teflon and glass fibers, a stable high frictional factor can be achieved when it is employed as a frictional material for a torque variation absorbing device which performs a rolling motion. Since the abrasion resistance against the rolling motion is quite excellent, the abrasion quantity is quite low thereby the operational characteristic and the durability of the device can be improved.
