PURPOSE:To increase the contact area between a power feed rotor and a power feed plate and to decrease the loss of current conduction with a power feeder to a turning electrode in which the power feed rotor and power feed plate are used by bringing the outside circumference of the power feed rotor into press contact with the power feed plate via wire-shaped electrodes. CONSTITUTION:When a bearing plate 40 and a support base 42 are moved along a rail 48, a power feed rotor 76 contacts oppositely the flat part 106 of a power feed plate 78 via wire-shaped electrodes 108, 110. Thereafter a turning electrode 34 contacts oppositely a longitudinally long electrode 28 via a wire-shaped electrode 56 and a wire-shaped electrode 52 of a can body 14. One terminal of a power source 33 is then electrically connected to the other terminal via a power feeder 59, the plate 78, the electrodes 108, 110, the rotor 76, a turning electrode shaft 38, a turning electrode 34, the electrode 56, the body 14, the electrode 52 and the electrode 28. |
