PURPOSE:To enable most suitable viscous resistance to be applied in all the ranges of the sliding speed of a slide bed, by providing a generator which is fixed to a fixed bed and a field current controller which detects the rotation speed of the generator and gives field currents for the generator. CONSTITUTION:Electric signals representing the rotation speed of a servo motor 3 are supplied to a field current value computing portion 11, by a speed detector 9 which is mounted to the servo motor 3 and a rotation number detecting portion 10 which converts the output signals of the speed detector 9 into electric signals representing the rotation number of the servo motor 3. The sliding speed of a slide bed 1 and the rotation number of a generator 7 are calculated by information which represents the rotation number of the shaft 4 of a feed screw and the teeth number of a pinion 6 and the like. A field current value generating necessary and most suitable viscous resistance which is given in advance for the rotation speed of the generator 7 is calculated by the field current value computing portion 11. Field currents are generated by a control portion 12 and supplied to the field current coil 13 of the generator 7, so that most suitable viscous resistance is generated in the generator 7 having load 14. |
