DISPERSING METHOD FOR POWDER

PURPOSE:To execute powder dispersion with good dispersibility by using solvents which are lower in viscosity and higher in vapor pressure than water as the solvent for the powder. CONSTITUTION:The solvent having a low coefft. of viscosity is used in order to improve the dispersibility and the solvent having the high vapor pressure is used to shorten the time till the evaporation. Metallic powder is mixed with such solvents to shorten the time for evaporation by using a nebulizer and to decrease the amt. of the solvents. The good dispersion state is then created and a sample is prepd. as it is without resticking.
