PURPOSE:To improve operability of assembling a gasket in a mount hole at the time of installation by providing a resiliently urging portion at the mount hole, and bringing the resiliently urging member into elastically engagement with the outer peripheral portion of a projecting member. CONSTITUTION:A resiliently urging member 30 is provided at a knock pin hole 25. The resiliently urging member 30 made of rubber is ring-shaped and joined to a pin hole forming portion 31 of a core material 21 forming the knock pin hole 25 by baking or the like. Therefore, the resiliently urging member 30 provided at the knock pinhole 25 is elastically engaged with the outer peripheral portion of a knock pin 29. Accordingly, when the knock pin hole 25 is fitted to the knock pin 29, the resiliently urging member 30 is freely deformed not to obstruct the operability of assembling a gasket 13, so that operability can be improved.
