PURPOSE:To decrease machine installation space and to contrive to make layout easy by gathering and arranging plural-row main lines on a united type base plate and making it possible to partly arrange a separate guide free in mounting/dismounting at the specified angle to this. CONSTITUTION:Conveyor belts 6 arranged in parallel are shifted in the Q, R directions by the drive of a motor and cop yarns 3 spinned out by a group of spinning frames A-F are sent to a main line M1 on the lower step as a cop bobbin and then sent in the Q direction by the belt 6. Consequently, the tubular yarn bobbin coming out from a group A is sent to a winder a through the main line M1 and the bobbin from a group B is sent to a winder b through lines M1, m2, M1 and in the same way, each bobbin from C, D, E and F is transferred to c, d, e and f respectively. Further, each bobbin made empty at each winder a-f is returned to a main line M1 on the upper step through a diverging line p and returned to groups A-F through belts 6 shifting in the R direction. And it is possible to change a transfer line, by means of a changeover guide 18, by changing a separate guide 18 and possible to rapidly correspond to the changeover of a form and the change of a machine group.
