PURPOSE:To achieve a better recording without writing with pen, dotting and the like by storing a measuring signal through an A/D conversion in the like while being displayed. CONSTITUTION:Measuring data from an input terminal 1 is supplied sequentially via a multiplexer 2, processed with an A/D converter and brought into a controller 4 at an I/O port 4a through a noise removing insulation means 5. It is written into an RAM4d by a processing according to a program of an ROM4c to preserve. The memory contents of the RAM4d are transferred to a display image memory area of the RAM4d according to the operation or the like of an operation key switch 6 and shown on a CRT display unit 8 through a CRT display controller 7. Thus, a better recording is done without use of a recording pen, dots or the like.
