PURPOSE:To drive an actuator without using a vacuum pump, by forming an opening in a fan-shroud and connecting this opening to a vacuum actuator by means of a pipe passage. CONSTITUTION:An opening 23 is formed in a fan-shroud 12 and is connected to an vacuum actuator 18 by means of a pipe passage 22. With this contrivance, the vacuum actuator 18 can be driven by the negative pressure produced in the fan-shroud 12. Therefore, the vacuum actuator 18 can be operated without using a vacuum pump.
