PURPOSE:To obtain a good run state of end ring, vane and conductor by forming a runner by inclining in the skew direction a side-wall forming a gate on the diagonally opposite side of a slot skew made in a rotor core more than the wall surface opposed to said sidewall. CONSTITUTION:A movable mold 14 is provided with a space 15 accommodating a rotor core 2 and with a space 16 defining an end ring 7 and a vane 8 continuing therefrom. The first stationary mold 12 is provided with a spool 17 and the second stationary mold 13 is provided, continuously from said spool 17, with a space 18 defining an end ring 3 and a vane 4 on the gate side and with a runner 11 and a gate 5 continuing from said space. The gate 5 and the runner 11, viewed from the radial direction of the rotor core 2, incline at an angle theta1 to the skew direction a wall surface 19 forming a gate on the diagonally opposite side of a skew of slot 10 made in the rotor core 2 to form the gate 5 tapering toward the rotor core 2 side. This gate 5 opens into the space 18 defining the end ring 3 and the vane 4. |
