PURPOSE:To make the yarn jointing part small and eliminate entaglement of the excessive yarn by inserting two yarns into a yarn processing chamber, having the yarn ends arranged, and allowing chordal vibration to be generated by the pressurized air and cutting between the node part and the chamber, allowing the interaction of yarn to be generated. CONSTITUTION:The yarn ends of yarns 41 and 42 are arranged in one direction and inserted into a yarn processing chamber 34, and the feed end of the yarn is set in the block side 3, and the opposite side is grasped by yarn clamps 4 and 5. Then, through the reciprocating sliding movement of a sliding plate 2, pressurized air is injected into the yarn processing chamber 34. Owing to the pressurized air, the chordal vibration having the arranged part of the yarns 41 and 42 in the yarn processing chamber 34 as loop 43 and the both outside parts as nodes 44 and 45 is generated, and the nodes 44 and 45 are confounded. Then, the yarns 41 and 42 are cut at the A part. Therefore, the noce 45 is not incorporated into the continuous yarn side, and only one node part is formed, and yarn jointing having small yarn joint part can be permitted. |
