PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent resistance to cold, weather, heat and impact, by blending a thermoplastic polyester with a specified polyorganosiloxane graft copolymer, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer and a filler. CONSTITUTION:10-80% (by weight; the same applies hereinbelow) thermoplastic polyester (A) composed of an 8-22C arom. dicarboxylic acid, a 2-22C (cyclo) alkylene glycol, etc., (e.g., polytetramethylene terephthalate) is blended with 5-55% polyorganosiloxane graft copolymer (B) obtd. by grafting 95-10% vinyl monomer (a) onto 5-90% polyorganosiloxane rubber (b) contg. a grafting agent, which has a degree of swelling of 3.0-15.0 (in toluene at 25 deg.C) and is represented by the formula (wherein R<1> is CH3-C3H7 or phenyl; R<2> is H or CH3; n is 0-2; p is 1-6) and 5-55% thermoplastic polyester elastomer (C) and 0-6% filler (D) (e.g., carbon fiber) is such a proportion that this combined quantity of the components A, B, C and D is 100%.
