<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a radial magnetic bearing stator at a low price by uniting a lot of magnetic poles at the inner ends thereof into one body by a connecting plate, applying coils to the magnetic poles, fitting the outer ends of the magnetic poles in a recess portion disposed on a yoke to fix the magnetic poles and the yoke, and removing the connecting plate to separate the inner ends of the magnetic poles from each other. CONSTITUTION:A recess portion 3 for receiving and fixing the outer ends 4 of magnetic poles 2 is disposed on the inner peripheral side of a ring-shaped yoke 1, and the magnetic poles 2 are connected to each other at the inner ends thereof by a ring-shaped connecting plate 7. The magnetic pole portions are insulated by polyester, polyimide or the like, and further insulating material is wrapped round the magnetic pole portion to keep insulation of coils. Further, a protective plate 5 made of polyester or the like is installed between the respective adjacent magnetic poles 2. A coil 6 is given to each magnetic pole, which is fitted to the yoke 1. The outer ends 4 of the magnetic poles are fitted and fixed in the recess portion 3, and the connecting plate 7 is removed by lathe turning and grinding, or grinding. Accordingly, manufacture can be facilitated, and control can be performed easily and correctly without any influence of the other magnetic circuit.</p> |
