PURPOSE:To obtain improved ground of excellent bearing capacity and high vertical accuracy by a method in which piles are driven into soft ground of the seabed, a stirrer is penetrated into the ground under guidance of the piles, and cement milk is injected into the ground to improve the soft ground. CONSTITUTION:A pile 1 is driven into necessary positions of the seabed soft ground 4 and inserted into the central hole of a stirrer 2. A rotary transmitter frame 3 is connected to the upside of the stirrer 2, and the stirrer 2 is lowered to the seabed 5. A stirring motor 6 is turned and the stirrer 2 is turned through the frame 3 to penetrate it to a given depth. While raising the stirrer 6, cement milk is injected from a nozzle 16 into the ground 4. Since the pile 1 plays a role of reinforcing material and guider, the ground of excellent bearing capacity and high vertical accuracy can be obtained.
