PURPOSE:To timely release a photographic reagent by processing a specific photographic sensitive material in a presence of amine. CONSTITUTION:Titled material contains one kind of the blocked photographic reagent which contains at least one of a group shown by formula I in a molecule, and effects a cleavage of the bond shown by formula II due to the nucleophilic reaction of a nucleophilic reagent to a carboxylic group contd. in formula II, followed by releasing the photographic useful reagent by an intramolecular electron transfer reaction or an intramolecular nucleophilic reaction. The titled material having one layer of the silver halide photosensitive emulsion layer is processed in the presence of amine. The representative blocked photographic reagent capable of releasing the photographic useful reagent is the compds shown by the formulas III-IV. In the formulas I-IV, PUG is the photographic useful group, L1 and L3 are each a timing group, (l1) and (l3) are each 1 or 0, R1-R4 are each hydrogen atom, etc., Z1 and Z3 are each an non-metal atomic group capable of forming 5-7 membered rings. |
