<p>PURPOSE:To separate and purify effective components contd. in a mixed gas by preparing the titled agent with a clinoptilolite type zeolite contg. a calcium ion corresponding to CaO/Al2O3 mol ratio of 0.4-0.75. CONSTITUTION:The titled agent is prepared by introducing the calcium ion into the clinoptilolite type zeolite structure. A method of introducing the calcium ion to said structure is used for a usual ion-exchange method. As the calcium source, one may use as inorg. salt having a large solubility, such as calcium chloride and calcium nitrate, etc. The concn. and the amount of the calcium, are selected in such the way that the amount of calcium corresponds to the mol ratio of CaO/Al2O3 of 0.4-0.75 after ion-exchanging. The temp. of an ion-exchanging solution is advantageous to be selected in such the way that the equibrium reaching time is accelerated to as early as possible. The temp. of the ion-exchange is preferably >=50 deg.C.</p> |
