PURPOSE:To provide a good servo control by sequentially detecting variations in load inertia and controlling a motor by the detected results. CONSTITUTION:A deviation between a speed command omegar and the rotating speed omegam of a motor 1 is supplied through an amplifier 4 and a power amplifier 5 to the motor 1. A load estimating circuit inputs a rotating speed omegam and a motor current Im, and calculates an inertia J of a load 2 using proportional elements 11, 14, 16, an integrating element 12, a dividing element 17 and addition elements 13, 15. The gain of an amplifier 4 is regulated in response to the calculated inertia J. Thus, a good driving characteristic can be always obtained. |
