PURPOSE:To make a decorative board appear like a solid body or a metal by utilizing the optical interference of a transparent optical film formed on the back of a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION:A transparent optical film 3 is formed by metallizing a metallic oxide such as, TiO2, ZrO2, Al2O3, SnO2, etc. onto the back of a transparent substrate 1, in accordance with the form of a pattern 2. A metallic film 4 is formed by metallizing a metal such as, Cr, Al, Ti, Ni-Cr, etc. onto the whole surface of the back of the transparent substrate 1 after the transparent optical film 3 is formed, and the metallic film functions as a reflecting film. |
