Wind power station featuring a mast mounted permanently in the bottom of a body of water, and a floating body that can move freely about it carrying a wind turbine that has a nozzle preceding it, above which solar cells are located. 2. The technical field of the invention consists of the optimal conversion of wind energy and solar energy into electricity. The solution of the technical problem is that large masses of air are collected, accelerated, and fed directly into the wind turbine by the funnel-shaped nozzle. This wind turbine is installed on a floating body that can move freely about a mast mounted permanently in the bottom of a body of water; the nozzle's inlet opening is forced to face into the wind. The solar cells are positioned like a shed roof above the nozzle. <IMAGE>
