PURPOSE:To improve the directivity and space diversity effect by using four 1st and 2nd antennas so as to form a diversity antenna for receiving a TV band. CONSTITUTION:The 1st antenna pair constituting the diversity antenna consists of both rear quarter glass antennas 34A, 34B stuck to rear quarter glasses 32A, 32B and high frequency pickups 36A, 36B of the 2nd antenna pair are arranged to the right and left of a front window edge. An edge mold fitting retainer 52 is separated from a header inner panel 38 by spacers 56, 58 so as to allow the surface current to be concentrated easily. The magnetic flux induced from the high frequency surface current flowing to the circumference ridge of the header inner panel 38 is caught surely by a loop antenna 62 and the external electromagnetic wave is shielded surely by a case 60, then the current induced in the car body is detected by high frequency pickups 36A, 36B with high sensitivity.
