PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical glass having high transmissivity, while having a refraction index and the Abbe number in each desired range, and excellent in stability during precision press molding.SOLUTION: In optical glass containing, in terms of mol%, 30-85% TeO, 1-30% GeO, 3-30% LiO, and 5-40% ZnO and BaO in total, to the oxide-based glass total material amount, the refractive index (nd) is 1.92 or higher, a glass transition point is 350°C or lower, and a wavelength (λ70) showing a spectral transmittance of 70% is 450 nm or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
