PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quietly open/close and lock/unlock a wing by handle operation.SOLUTION: A locking device includes: a link mechanism support plate 20 which is projected on the back surface of a wing 10; a latch bar 31 which is engaged with a latch receiver 40 to lock the wing 10; an operating arm 33c which is rotatable around a pivot 35 installed to the link mechanism support plate 20; a link plate 32 which is installed to the operating arm 33c so as to be rotatable at a first floating shaft 37; and a latch bar 32 and an energizing member 40 which are installed to the link plate 32 so as to be rotatable at a second floating shaft 38. The pivot 35 is inserted through a linear guide hole 31c of the latch bar 32 and an arc-shaped guide hole 32d of the link plate 32. When locked, a packing arranged on the peripheral edge of an opening of a housing is crushed by the wing 10 to seal the opening. |
