PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cracks in the captioned member by constituting said member such that a section modulus becomes gradually lower in proportion as getting near to the both ends of said member. So as to increase the yield region. CONSTITUTION:A flexible member is provided at both ends thereof, with annular members 1, 2 having through holes 3, 4 and the annular members 1, 2 are connected to each other through a lever-like body 5. In this lever-like body 5, the sectional area at an arbitrary position thereof is kept constant and the section modulus at a center part is set to be largest and any other section modulus becomes gradually lower in proportion as getting near to the annular members 1, 2 of the both ends of said lever-like body 5. Therefore, the extent of yield region due to bending load becomes wide and thereby, the yield deformation is uniformly generated as the flexible member, so that the quantity of the deformation becomes larger so as to prevent the generation of cracks.
