PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. which has excellent applicability and gives a coating film having excellent water and oil repellancy, non-tackiness and antifouling properties, by blending a hardener and a perfluorocarbon chain-contg. compd. with a fluoroolefin polymer. CONSTITUTION:A curable resin compd. is obtd. by blending a perfluorocarbon chain-contg. compd. having a functional group capable of reacting with fluoroolefin polymer and/or hardener, with a curable resin compsn. contg. a fluoroolefin polymer contg. at least 10wt% fluorine (due to fluoroolefin unit) and a solvent-soluble curing reaction moiety and a hardener. Said components are used in such quantities that the hardener is 1-70pts.wt. and the perfluorocarbon chain-contg. compd. is 0.1-100pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. fluoroolefin polymer.
