发明名称 FLUIDIZED-BED HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To permit to obtain necessary amount of heat transfer by a small heat transfer area by a method wherein heat transfer tubes, flowing fluid to be heated therethrough, are penetrated vertically through the heat exchanger to connect header spaces provided in the upper and lower parts of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanging space 9 of the lower vessel 2 is filled with flow medium capable of transferring heat and the fluid for heating is taken thereinto through a heating fluid intake port 17. The fluid for heating is injected through an air injection plate 11 and heated particles are fluidized in the heat exchanging space 9 while the fluidized particles contact with the outer surfaces of the heat transfer tubes 7 to transfer the heat thereof and realize a high heat transfer coefficient. Exhaust gas is discharged out of a combustion gas exhausting port 19 and enters into an air box 12 from the fluidizing air intake port 16 of the upper vessel 1 through a connecting pipe 20. The flow medium in the space 8 of the heat exchanger is fluidized by the waste gas from an air injecting unit 10 and transfers the waste heat from the lower vessel effectively to the heat transfer tubes in the upper vessel. The fluid to be heated flows from an inflow port 21 to an outflor port 22 through the inside of the heat transfer tubes 7 and is heated.
