The sealing material is for a resealable flexible package, a central part extending for virtually the whole length of the latter, while a pair of lateral parts extend for the same length. A tear-open sealing strip (26,27) runs between each lateral part and the central part in the lengthwise direction between an end seal (36) and an arrow-shaped line seal (34) whose point (40) extends away from the part of the package containing the product. The cover for subsequent cold sealing is mounted between the lateral and central parts, for use soon after opening, by application of force at the arrow, for subsequent breaking through at the line seal. |
