PURPOSE:To prevent erosion of a moving blade by forming water drop collecting grooves on the internal peripheral face of a nozzle diaphragm outer wheel at the downstream side of a nozzle board. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of water drop collecting grooves 11 are formed on the internal peripheral face of a nozzle diaphragm outer shaft 2b at the downstream side of a nozzle board 3b. A water drop gathering groove 10 is formed circumferentially to provide mutual communication of the water drop collecting grooves 11. Water drops collected in the water drop gathering groove 10 are guided via both discharge parts 12 and 13 which are formed in the internal faces of the outer wheel 2b and a steam guide 14 without collision of water drops against a moving blade 5b. The erosion of the moving blade of a turbine can be prevented in this way.
