PURPOSE:To eliminate the blowout of aluminum from the irregular surfaces of both sides formed by a projection in case of casting by coating the projection for coupling steel plates with an end ring for forming the secondary conductor. CONSTITUTION:The core of a rotor 6 is formed by laminated steel plates. Half- punched projection 10 is formed in the laminating direction of the steel plates and the plates are coupled in the laminating direction. An end ring 8 is cast at the outer peripheral side including the portion of the projection 10, the outer peripheral side of the ring 8 is formed thicker in the laminating direction at the inner peripheral side, and a blade 9 extended radially is integrally molded. The projection 10 for coupling the steel plates is coated with the ring 8 for forming the secondary conductor 7. |
