PREPARATION OF VALVE BODY FOR SOFT SEAL PARTITION VALVE

PURPOSE:To achieve the cost reduction of a product by simplifying operation, by a method wherein a blind piece is inserted in the side hole of a valve main body so as to provide a gap along the inner surface of said hole in such a state that the valve body is fixed to an inner surface lining apparatus and unvulcanized rubber is arranged to be injected in the gap of a shaft hole under pressure by pushing an insert rod in the shaft hole and the valve main body is arranged in an outer surface lining mold to injection unvulcanized rubber in the gap between the outer surface of the valve body and the inner surface of the mold under pressure to valcanize both unvulcanized rubbers. CONSTITUTION:A valve main body 1 having a required shape is fixed to an inner surface lining apparatus 2 and a blind piece 4 is inserted in the side hole of the main body 1 so as to generate the gap between the blind hole 4 and the inner surface of the hole 3. Unvulcanized rubber R1 is arranged in a shaft hole 5 and the insert rod 6 of the apparatus 2 is pushed in the shaft hole 5 to respectively inject the unvulcanized rubber R1 not only in the gap between the shaft hole 5 and the inser rod 6 but also in the gap between the side hole 3 and the blind piece 4 under pressure. The valve main body 1 is arranged in an outer surface lining mold 7 in such a state that the blind piece 4 is pushed in the side hole 3 and the insert rod 6 is pushed in the shaft hole 5 and unvulcanized rubber R2 is injected in the gap between the outer surface of the main body 1 and the inner surface of the mold under pressure to vulcanize all of unvulcanized rubbers R1, R2.
