PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of sparks at a connection terminal when an electric power source is connected to the connection terminal on setting the timer operation, by installing an apparatus for preventing the operation of the timer even if the electric power source is connected when an electric conduction starting means is in set state. CONSTITUTION:In the system for preheating electric-conduction system with a key switch outside ON-position, preheating electric conduction is performed with the key switch outside ON-position, and when a battery 11 is demounted, the condenser C1 in a timer circuit T1 instantly discharges electricity. Since the timer circuit T1 does not operate when battery 11 is connected, the formation of spark 5 at the battery terminal can be prevented, when the battery 11 is mounted. Further, since the electric current value which is grounded from the battery 11 in the case when a car is let alone can be reduced markedly by a resistor 6, the deterioration of the battery capacity in the case when the car is let alone can be prevented. |
