PURPOSE:To prevent light interference and to obtain an image free from interference fringes by forming an undercoat layer having a rough lusterless surface on a substrate, and laminating a photosensitive layer sensitive to IR rays. CONSTITUTION:An undercoat layer having a rough lusterless surface is formed on a substrate, and on this layer, a photosensitive layer sensitive to IR rays is formed. The undercoat layer is roughened on the surface by blushing the surface or forming an orange peel on the surface. An undercoat layer blushed on all the surface can be obtained by coating the substrate with a coating soln. obtained by dissolving a nylon copolymer in a methanol-butanol mixture and evaporating the solvent in an atm. of 20 deg.C and 70%RH to speed up evaporation, and lowering the temp. of the support to whiten all the surface of the undercoat layer. A photosensitive layer prepared by forming an electrostatic charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer on the blushed undercoat layer can prevent laser beams from causing light interference and an image having interference fringes can be obtained. The use of the undercoat layer having an orange peel on the surface can also prevent interference fringes on an image. |
