PURPOSE:To part surely and easily a cap member from a female die without damaging or deforming said member by forming the cap member having a U-shaped circumferential wall and holding the cap member sucked by a vacuum from a die mechanism side. CONSTITUTION:A thin Al sheet is set to a prescribed position and a punch mechanism 20 is lowered. The Al sheet is blanked by a male blade and a female blade to form the circular cap member; at the same time the circumferential edge part of the cap member is drawn by a molding male die 2 and a molding female die 25 to form the U-shaped circumferential wall. The punch mechanism 20 ascends to part from a die mechanism 1. The die 2 is parted from the U-shaped circumferentail wall of the cap member and the inside of a seat disk 8 is evacuated through a small pipe 13 and vent pipe 12 provided therein. The cap member is sucked to the disk 8 surface and is thereby parted from the molding female die.
