PURPOSE:To integrally mold a sealed leading end part, by contacting a sealing part outer frame body with the core body of a sealing part at first to prevent the inclination of the core body and subsequently separating the sealing part outer frame body from the core body to form the injection space of sealing part between said frame body and the core body and flowing a resin in the sealing frame body and the core body and flowing a resin in the sealing part injection space in integral relation to a container cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A core body 10 is supported by an apparatus base stand 17 at the base part 11 thereof and a leading end sealing part 13 is supported by the shoulder part 28 of the sealing part outer frame body 24 contacted with the shoulder part 16 of said core body 10 and the contact force of the shoulder parts 16, 28 in a closely contacted state is imparted by an elastic spring 32. A resin is injected in the injection space between the cylindrical part of the core body 10 and the cylindrical part of the outer frame body 20 but, when the injection space of a container cylindrical part is filled with the injection space of a container cylindrical part is filled with the resin without inclining the core body 10 by the pressure of the resin, the sealing part outer frame body 24 is separated by the interval of a moving gap under pressure against the springy force of the elastic spring by the pressure of the resin to form the injection space integrally communicated with the container cylindrical part and the sealing part not only between the shoulder parts 16, 28 but also between the cylindrical part and the sealing part and the resin is filled from the container cylindrical part and the sealing part leading end to complete injection molding. |
