PURPOSE:To enable air conditioning of a room by circulation of air and heating of the room by direct sunshine to be selectively effected, by a construction wherein a light-transmitting plate disposed at a lower part of a light-transmitting part can be moved inward and outward. CONSTITUTION:A support shaft 26 is connected with an output shaft of a motor M, and can take up a heat-collecting body 5 through driving of the motor M.. With the body 5 is drawn out, air in a room R is caused to flow through a hole 24 and a lower air pipe 21 to the gap (g) between the light-transmitting part 3 and the body 5, by driving a fan F. When passing through the gap (g), air is heated through heat exchange with the body 5, and heated air is discharged into a room R1 after passing through an air pipe 22 and a duct 29, thereby heating the room R2. The body 5 is taken up by a take-up means 45, is moved, and solar heat passed through the light-transmitting part 3 is directed into the room R1, whereby the room R can be heated and lighted by the solar radiation heat. Further, at night in summer or the like, heat accumulated in the room R can be dissipated to the exterior through heat transfer through the plate 4 by moving the body 5, whereby room temperature can be lowered.
