PURPOSE:A nutritive food with high protein useful for diseases of digestive organs, patients of hepatic diseases, patients in a recovery period after operation, patients of chronic hepatic diseases, preventing alcoholic hepatic diseases, containing a casein hydrolyzate which was subjected to enzyme decomposition treatment as an essential nutritive component. CONSTITUTION:A solid nutritive food such as roasted cake, etc., containing a casein hydrolyzate which was subjected to enzyme (preferably pancreatin) decomposition treatment as an essential nutritive component.
