Device for aerating, air conditioning, purifying, fumigating and disinfecting premises, especially animal rearing premises and industrial premises, characterised in that it comprises: - a casing 10 delimiting a sealed volume, mounted on a chassis 12 provided with wheels 14 and equipped with means allowing it to move through the premises to be aerated or disinfected; - at least one suction duct for the contaminated air 22, 22': 23, 23' opening out at ground and/or floor level, with synchronisation by manually controlled deviation, the contaminated air being sucked into the said conduit with the aid of a turbine 24, 24' which drives it into the said casing; - a defined quantity of water contained in the volume of the casing 10, the contaminated air picked up by the duct 22, 22': 23, 23' flowing through the said quantity of water in order to be purified, cooled and disinfected therein; - means, in the said casing, for isolating the said quantity of water from the air contained in the casings; - means for delivering predetermined quantities of antiseptic, disinfectant or deodorising products into the said quantity of water held in the casing; - at least one recovery turbine 32 sucking the purified and disinfected air into the casing, in order to drive it out of the latter into the premises to be aerated and disinfected. <IMAGE>
