PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity to have a special function for broadcast communication by a transmitting station and to execute the communication in the same manner as a usual one-to-one communication by receiving the receiving response from plural receiving stations instead of the transmitting station and providing the special broadcast communication server to execute the necessary resending control. CONSTITUTION:The information frame transmitted from the transmitting station is received by a broadcast communication server 1-2 and respective receiving stations 1-31-1-3n. A broadcast communication server transmits a receiving response to the transmitting station in accordance with the self-receiving condition. Other respective receiving stations transmit the receiving response to a broadcast communication server in accordance with each receiving condition. The transmitting station, as if an one-to-one communication is executed between broadcast communicating servers, views the receiving response only from the broadcast communicating server and executes the resending control, and the information frame transmitted from the transmitting station or the resending frame are received by all the receiving stations.
