PURPOSE:Easily and safely obtainable titled composition having improved blocking properties, comprising an aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion of a copolymer containing an unsaturated monomer having a urethane bond and a nonconjugated double bond of (semi-)drying oil fatty acid in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) 5-98pts.wt. unsaturated monomer (obtained by blending isocyanate group-containing unsaturated monomer with compound containing hydroxyl group and nonconjugated double bond in molar ratio of 1.0:0.7-1.0:1.4) is blended with (B) 0-20pts.wt. ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid and (C) 0-95pts.wt. unsaturated monomer except the components A and B in 100pts.wt. total amounts of the components A, B, and C, to give an aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion of a copolymer resin, which is used to give the aimed composition.
